In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Divine Footprint: trade name of Thoughts Reflections, the sole proprietorship of Deariel Maynard, based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 81371829.
- Customer / User: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Divine Footprint or uses the services.
- Services: all products and services offered by Divine Footprint, including but not limited to: e-books, online courses, coaching programmes, the Seven Prints App platform, merchandise, and the website thedivinefootprint.com.
- Platform: the Seven Prints App platform, including the Tree of Lives community.
- Agreement: any arrangement between Divine Footprint and the customer regarding the delivery of services or products.
- Digital content: all digital products, including e-books, videos, audio, course materials, and platform access.
Article 2 β Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Divine Footprint and to every agreement between Divine Footprint and the customer.
- Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the customer.
- Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 β Offer and formation of the agreement
- All offers on the website and platform are without obligation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- An agreement is formed at the moment the customer places an order and payment has been received, or at the moment the customer creates an account on the platform and accepts the terms.
- Divine Footprint confirms the agreement by email.
- Obvious errors in the offer (e.g. incorrect prices) are not binding on Divine Footprint.
Article 4 β Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.
- In the event of late payment, the customer is in default by operation of law. Divine Footprint may then charge statutory interest and extrajudicial collection costs.
Article 5 β Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
5.1 Physical products (merchandise)
- The customer has the right to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason for 14 calendar daysafter receipt of the product (the βcooling-off periodβ).
- This right of withdrawal applies to standard products from the regular collection. It does notapply to products made to the customer's specification (personalised products carrying their own text, name or design).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the withdrawal button on the website, the model withdrawal form (annexed to these terms), or any other unequivocal statement by email to thedivinefootprint@gmail.com.
- Upon receipt of the withdrawal statement, Divine Footprint sends the customer an acknowledgement by email.
- The customer returns the product as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of the withdrawal statement β undamaged and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. The direct cost of returning the product is at the expense of the customer.
- Divine Footprint refunds all payments made by the customer, including the original shipping costs, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return. The refund is made using the same payment method, unless the customer agrees to a different method.
5.2 Digital products (e-books, courses)
- When purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.
- This exception is clearly stated during the ordering process. The customer must actively confirm that they waive the right of withdrawal.
- For digital products that are not delivered immediately, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
5.3 Services (coaching, guidance)
- For services delivered by appointment, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days after the conclusion of the agreement, provided the service has not yet commenced.
- If the customer requests that the service begins within the withdrawal period, the customer owes a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.
Article 6 β Delivery
- Digital products are delivered immediately after payment via download or platform access, unless otherwise stated.
- Physical products are shipped within the delivery time indicated on the website.
- The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.

Article 6a β Conformity and warranty
- Divine Footprint warrants that the products conform to the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
- Under the statutory conformity guarantee, if a defect appears within 2 years of delivery the customer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or β if repair or replacement is not possible or not proportionate β to a price reduction or dissolution of the agreement.
- In the case of visible defects or damage on delivery, we ask the customer to report this as soon as possible (preferably within 14 days of receipt), accompanied by photos of the defect. This is not a forfeiture period β the 2-year statutory warranty continues to apply.
- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow the washing instructions are not covered by the warranty.
- Minor variations in colour, size or print inherent to the print-on-demand production process are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty.
Article 7 β The Platform (Seven Prints App / Tree of Lives)
7.1 Account
- Access to the platform requires a personal account.
- The customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
- Divine Footprint is not liable for unauthorised use of the account.
7.2 Rules of use
The customer uses the platform respectfully and in accordance with the code of conduct (see Article 8). It is not permitted to:
- post content that is discriminatory, offensive, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
- collect or share personal data of other users
- use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
- distribute spam or unsolicited messages
- disrupt the technical operation of the platform
7.3 Content ownership
- Content posted by the customer on the platform remains the property of the customer.
- By posting content, the customer grants Divine Footprint a non-exclusive, revocable licence to display that content within the platform and the community.
- Divine Footprint may not use user content for commercial purposes outside the platform without explicit consent.
7.4 Moderation
- Divine Footprint reserves the right to remove content that violates the rules of use or the code of conduct.
- In the event of repeated violations, Divine Footprint may temporarily or permanently suspend the account.
7.5 AI Character Chats
- The platform contains AI-driven characters (Character Chats) that generate responses using artificial intelligence.
- The AI characters are fictional and not real persons. Their responses do not constitute personal, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Divine Footprint is not liable for the content of AI-generated responses, including any inaccuracies, incompleteness, or errors.
- The user is personally responsible for decisions made based on AI interactions.

Article 8 β Community code of conduct
8.1 Core values
The Divine Footprint community is built on respect, honesty, and personal growth. Every participant commits to:
- Respectful communication β even in disagreement
- Confidentiality β what is shared within the community stays within the community
- Personal responsibility β participants are personally responsible for their own choices
- No judgement β the community is a safe space, free from judgement
8.2 Not permitted
- Discrimination based on origin, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other ground
- Offering therapy, diagnoses, or medical advice to other participants
- Soliciting clients or promoting your own services without permission
- Sharing confidential information of other participants outside the community
8.3 Enforcement
- In the event of a violation, Divine Footprint may issue a warning, remove content, or suspend the account.
- In the event of serious violations, the account may be immediately removed without refund.
Article 9 β Intellectual property
- All intellectual property rights in the content, methods, frameworks, texts, images, logos, software, and brand offered by Divine Footprint are held by Deariel Maynard / Divine Footprint.
- This expressly includes: The Divine Footprint Methodβ’, The Divine Step, the Seven Prints Framework, the print names, the e-books, the logo, and all platform content.
- The customer obtains a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right of use for the duration of the agreement.
- It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish, or use the brand without prior written permission.
Article 10 β Disclaimer and liability
- The services are intended for personal development and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional healthcare. See the full Disclaimer.
- Divine Footprint is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, damage resulting from acting on the basis of the content, or technical disruptions.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, with a maximum of β¬500.
- This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
Article 11 β Force majeure
- In the event of force majeure, Divine Footprint is not obliged to fulfil its obligations.
- Force majeure means: any circumstance beyond the control of Divine Footprint that prevents performance, including illness, technical failures, pandemic, government measures, or problems with third parties.
- In the event of prolonged force majeure (more than 3 months), both parties have the right to dissolve the agreement without obligation to pay damages.
Article 12 β Complaints
- Complaints can be submitted by email to thedivinefootprint@gmail.com.
- Divine Footprint aims to handle complaints within 14 days.
- If a complaint is not resolved to satisfaction, the customer may refer the matter to a recognised dispute resolution body or the competent court.
Article 13 β Amendment of terms
- Divine Footprint reserves the right to amend these terms.
- Amended terms take effect 30 days after publication.
- If the customer does not agree, the customer may terminate the agreement by the date on which the new terms take effect.
Article 14 β Applicable law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual consultation.
- If this is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Divine Footprint is established.
Article 15 β International sales
- Divine Footprint offers products and services in multiple languages and to customers outside the Netherlands. Regardless of the customer's country, these Terms & Conditions and Dutch law apply.
- Prices are in euros. Any currency exchange costs when paying in a different currency are at the expense of the customer.
- For customers within the EU, the VAT rate of the customer's country applies in accordance with the EU rules for digital services (One Stop Shop). For customers outside the EU, prices are stated exclusive of local taxes or import duties.
- The right of withdrawal (Article 5) applies to all EU customers in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). For customers outside the EU, the rights as described in these terms apply.
