Delivery Terms

1. How our products are made (print-on-demand)

The garments in the Wear collection are printed to order (print-on-demand). This means an item is only produced for you after you place your order — so we waste no textile and produce only what will actually be worn.

For production and shipping we work with our production partner Gelato, which uses a worldwide network of local print facilities. Your order is produced as close to you as possible.

2. Delivery time

The total delivery time consists of two parts:

• Production time: usually 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed
• Shipping time: depending on your country, usually 3–7 business days (EU) after dispatch

The indicative total delivery time is therefore roughly 5–12 business days. We aim to deliver every order within 30 days, in line with the statutory maximum. Should this unexpectedly not be possible, we will contact you and you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.

3. Shipping costs and countries

Shipping costs are shown clearly before checkout, calculated based on your country and the size of your order. You always see the final amount before you confirm.

Any import duties or local taxes outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

4. Colour and print variation

Our designs contain fine colour gradients (the “glow”). When printed on textile, the appearance may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Small colour differences between screen and final product are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect. We do our utmost to reproduce the colours as faithfully as possible.

5. Damaged, wrong or defective product

Received a damaged, wrong or defective product? Contact us within 30 days of receipt at thedivinefootprint@gmail.com, with photos and your order number. We will arrange a reprint or refund. This is separate from your 2-year statutory warranty and your right of withdrawal (see the Return Policy and the withdrawal page).

6. Product information and safety (GPSR)

The garments are supplied with an internal label stating the fibre composition and washing instructions. Our products carry no special safety or warning information.
