1. Our commitment
Divine Footprint strives to make its website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability or technology. We are working towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
This is an ongoing process. We acknowledge that not all parts of the website are fully accessible at this time and are actively working on improvements.
2. What we do
- Semantic HTMLβ we use correct HTML structure so screen readers can properly interpret the content
- Keyboard navigationβ the website is navigable using a keyboard
- Colour contrastβ we strive for sufficient contrast between text and background
- Alternative textβ images include descriptive alt text where applicable
- Responsive designβ the website adapts to different screen sizes and devices
- Multilingualβ the website is available in 8 languages, including support for right-to-left (RTL) languages
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may be less accessible:
- Character Chats (AI)β the interactive AI chat feature may have limitations for screen reader users
- Audio contentβ not all audio content currently has text transcriptions
- Animationsβ some pages contain animations that may not be suitable for all users
We are working to address these limitations and welcome your feedback to help us prioritise improvements.
4. European Accessibility Act
Divine Footprint is aware of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its national implementations. We are following developments and progressively adapting our website to meet the requirements applicable to our services.
