Return Policy

1. Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period starts:

• Physical products (merchandise): the day after you receive the product
• Digital products (e-books, courses): the day after the contract is concluded
• Services (coaching, programmes): the day after the contract is concluded

How to withdraw

You can notify your withdrawal in three ways:

1. Via the withdrawal button on the website — go to the withdrawal page and register your withdrawal. You receive an immediate confirmation.
2. Via the model form — use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page and send it completed to thedivinefootprint@gmail.com.
3. By email — send an unequivocal statement to thedivinefootprint@gmail.com with your name, order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Once we receive your withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation by email.

2. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Made-to-specification products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specification — for example clothing carrying a personal design, name or text supplied by you. Standard designs from our regular collection are not covered by this exception and can be returned as normal.

Digital products with immediate delivery

When purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately (download or streaming), you explicitly agree during the ordering process that:

1. Delivery begins immediately
2. You thereby waive your right of withdrawal

This is clearly stated at checkout. You must actively confirm this (no pre-ticked checkbox).

Services already commenced

If you request that a service (e.g. coaching or guidance) begins within the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.

3. Returning the product

After your withdrawal you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Return address

Conditions for return

• The product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• The product is preferably in its original packaging.
• Any labels are still attached.
• The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense.

Diminished value

If the product has been worn, washed or damaged through handling beyond what is necessary to assess it (as you would in a shop — trying on is fine, wearing is not), we may deduct the diminished value from the amount to be refunded.

4. Refund

• We refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs.
• The refund takes place within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return (whichever is earlier).
• We use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you agree to a different method.
• Any additional shipping costs (if you chose a more expensive shipping method than the standard one) are not refunded.

5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

Received a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered? Contact us as soon as possible at thedivinefootprint@gmail.com. Include with your report:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Photos of the defect or discrepancy

In that case we offer a replacement or a full refund, including the shipping costs for the return.

About colour variation

Our products are made using print-on-demand. Small colour differences between the image on your screen and the delivered product are inherent to this production process and do not constitute a defect.

6. Warranty

Under Dutch law you are entitled to a product that meets what you may reasonably expect. If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to:

1. Repair or replacement of the product
2. If that is not possible or not proportionate: a price reduction or dissolution of the contract

Defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow the washing instructions are not covered.

7. Subscriptions

For recurring services (e.g. monthly access to the Seven Prints App platform or The Collective):

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Already paid periods are not refunded
• For the first subscription, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the service has not yet commenced
