1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from (cancel) a purchase within 30 days, without giving any reason. This exceeds the statutory minimum period of 14 days β at Divine Footprint we give you extra time to reconsider.
The withdrawal period starts:
- Physical products (merchandise): the day after you receive the product
- Digital products (e-books, courses): the day after the contract is concluded
- Services (coaching, programmes): the day after the contract is concluded
2. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Digital products with immediate delivery
When purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately (download or streaming), you explicitly agree during the ordering process that:
- Delivery begins immediately
- You thereby waive your right of withdrawal
This is clearly stated at checkout. You must actively confirm this (no pre-ticked checkbox).
Services already commenced
If you request that a service (e.g. coaching or guidance) begins within the withdrawal period, you owe a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.
3. How to withdraw
Step 1 β Notification
Send an email to thedivinefootprint@gmail.com with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
You may also use the model withdrawal form (see section 7 at the bottom of this page), but this is not mandatory.
Step 2 β Return shipment (physical products only)
- Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal notification
- The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
Step 3 β Refund
Divine Footprint will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days after:
- Receipt of the returned product, or
- Receipt of proof that you have returned the product (whichever is earlier)
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you explicitly agree to a different payment method.
4. Condition of returned products
You may unpack and inspect the product, just as you would in a shop. If the product is damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product, Divine Footprint may charge for the diminished value.
5. Subscriptions
For recurring services (e.g. monthly access to the Seven Prints App platform or The Collective):
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
- Already paid periods are not refunded
- For the first subscription, the 30-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the service has not yet commenced
